LOVE STONES

Love Stones are a great way to elevate your event. It adds that extra oomph effect that you’re looking for. Something different and unique.

Our standard sizes are 5”x5” and 4"x 6". We offer various shapes and sizes.

HOW IT WORKS

Before your event, tell us what you want. We'd love to accommodate to your needs. When you call us, we can brainstorm different shapes, sizes, and packages that fit you best.

  1. Contract and a deposit to save the date.

  2. Receive your sample proofs via email, text message, Whatsapp, FaceBook Messenger, or whatever you prefer.

  3. Finalize set up area. This is necessary in terms of adjusting to spacing requirements.

  4. At the day of the event, we arrive at an agreed-upon time to set up. All we need is a working outlet and we'll do the rest.

THE PROCESS

STEP 1: (before the event)

Before the event, customize a backdrop or pick from one of our in-house backdrops.

Our team will arrange to set up on an agreed-on date and time.

STEP 2: (Before the event)

Pick the shape of your stone.

Stone Shapes to pick from:

  • Heart

  • Square

  • Rectangle

  • Circle

The size of the stones is approximately 5”x5” each.

Bigger or smaller sizes are available upon request.

STEP 3: (at the event)

The photographer will take pictures of all your guests by the backdrop and will ask how many copies need to be printed. For example, if two families are in a picture, we will print two copies.

STEP 4: (at the event)

Our team processes these pictures onto the pre-selected stone shape of your choice for your guests to take home.

These stones will be put on display for your guests to take home at any time during the event.

STEP 5: (After the event)

A link to your photos will be sent to you (the host) after the event. You can share this link with your friends and family to enjoy.

FAQs

  • We would need enough space for a backdrop which typically starts around 8x8 feet. We would then process the photos in a separate room or area onto the stones. This room needs to have a working outlet.

  • We would take a deposit right after the agreement is signed. Full payment is due one week before the event. Payment plans are available leading up to the event.

  • It takes us a few minutes to process the pictures into stones.

  • It all depends on the package you pick. In our unlimited package, we provide multiple copies per group. Our photographer makes sure to ask the group how many stone prints they would like.
