    • Locations must be within the Tri-State Area (NY, NJ, CT) — additional fees may apply for distant locations.

    • Proposal setup includes basic romantic décor (e.g., candles, roses, signage). Custom requests may incur extra charges.

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

    • Final payment is due 24 hours prior to the event date.

    • Cancellations within 72 hours of the proposal date are non-refundable.

    • Weather-related reschedules must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Client is responsible for any necessary permits at public locations.
